Eighth-seeded Taufik Hidayat LOST!
Taufik Hidayat (world rankings no.10) was beaten by unseeded India player, Anup Sridhar in the second round of 2007 World Badminton Championships.
Anup Sridhar, who is now holding world rankings of 41 won with the score 21-14, 24-26, 22-20 in 1 hour & 13 min in this big upset match.
Feel a bit disappointed, because Taufik Hidayat is one of my favorites badminton players. The match between 2005 World Badminton Championships (Taufik Hidayat) vs 2006 World Badminton Championships (Lin Dan) will not going to be shown in this tournament due to the early exit for Taufik Hidayat.

haha....anyway, still hoping Lee Chong Wei will performing well since he is only seeded 2 or 3 & not the TOP seed, rite?? as he claimed top seed was not a good sign for him in the tournies!! haha
