The hope for our national no.1 women’s single, Wong Mew Choo, and mixed doubles Chan Peng Soon-Haw Chiou Hwee to step into quarter finals is a bit low. Not saying that they are not good, but their opponents today are too strong to beat out.
Wong Mew Choo will meet the second seeded Xie Xingfang, while Chan Peng Soon-Haw Chiou Hwee will play against top seeded Zheng Bo-Gao Ling!
